		<description>Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment Mike. Yes i have been exploring the Area Dome Light, is it common practice for professionals to use the dome light for exterior shots? Can you use a HDRI image in the Area light or is it best to be loaded in the environment GI tab of the settings. 

Things just get confusing when you have all the overrides in the environment tab and override on your physical light sky tab. Thanks for clearing up using image based lighting i was adding an extra light source because i wasn&#039;t getting the desired results in the shadows that&#039;s why i added in an extra light source.

Bump up your subdivisions in the light to 64 and maybe adjust the gamma between 0.7 and 1 (to your taste).  With Image Based Lighting, you can actually just use the HDRI to light the scene...no need to add a VRay Physical Light and all that stuff.  Give that a shot?</description>
